Even with 16.5, I'm doing good to have a shirt that fits my shoulders, and they never fit the rest of me (pretty slim dude with a less-than-6' drop from chest to waist). Shirt: 16.5' neck, 38 or 39' sleeves (depending on the brand/cut of the shirt). Pants: 38' waist (mostly, some I need 40 because I have beefy thighs, some I need 36 because of the cut), though I measure closer to a 36' waist. LT works if I'm wearing short sleeves and it doesn't need to fit too well (some long sleeve sweaters/sweatshirts are long enough in the sleeves in a LT, but most other shirts aren't).
